Email is the default delivery channel across all Murmurd plans. It covers reminders, alerts, summaries, and account messages.

User Preferences
Users can manage email preferences from the preference center linked in Murmurd emails.
The current preference toggles cover:

- priority reminders
- escalation alerts
- weekly summaries
- marketing email
Deliverability
For best results, users should add these addresses to their safe sender list:
