Summary Types

Friday Snapshot

• generated on Friday
• summarizes Monday through Thursday

Monday Weekstarter

• generated on Monday
• summarizes the full previous week, Monday through Sunday

What a Summary Includes

• an AI-generated narrative summary
• check-in highlights
• priorities and outcomes
• escalation activity
• overview stats for the selected team and week

Privacy and AI Handling

• confidential items are excluded
• the AI prompt is instructed not to include individual names
• only allowed activity is sent into the summarization flow
